Business data and the boat owner's account
The proposal only covers data Boat Life AB processes on behalf of your business. It does not make a marina or service company responsible for the owner's entire private account. Roles and shared data must be defined in Annex 1.
Required before signature
Confirm supplier agreements, subprocessors and all processing countries. Document actual security measures, incident procedures, export and deletion, including backups. Then complete the customer's instructions and contacts.
